Adam Allen is a seasoned trial attorney with a track record of handling complex commercial, civil, and appellate litigation.
He has successfully represented corporate and private clients in breach of contract actions, product liability suits, business formation, trademark and copyright enforcement, and municipal law issues.
Adam brings not just legal skill, but dedication to open communication and client-centered service.
Nathan L. Thauwald

Nathan Thauwald is a skilled litigator with proven experience in family law and personal injury, two of the most personal and high-stakes areas of the law. He has successfully tried and negotiated cases of all sizes, bringing the same level of dedication to every client he represents.
In family law, Nathan guides clients through some of life’s most difficult moments including divorce, child custody, property division, and CPS matters, with both legal expertise and genuine compassion. In personal injury, his Board Certification reflects a mastery of the field recognized by his peers and the legal community.
Beyond the courtroom, Nathan is committed to giving back, providing pro bono representation to vulnerable populations in his community.

Tyler Robertson

Tyler practices in civil insurance defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice law. Before joining Allen & Thauwald, P.C., he worked in medical malpractice representing both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a balanced perspective on complex cases.
Tyler graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2017. Originally from Canton, Texas, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Music Performance from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.
Outside the office, Tyler enjoys playing music with his daughter, swimming, and traveling with family and friends.
